Reference Letter

We hired Colin of TrailerFX to custom build a trailer for a recently purchased sailboat.  The boat is pretty heavy and "any ole trailer" just would not do the job. Upon first meeting Colin we were impressed first with the quality of the welds and his willingness to embark on a project without spec drawings and only a photograph to guide him. This would truly be a work done from scratch.

 

Throughout the project Colin remained diligent in prethinking any issues that may come up with hauling a large boat weighing in at 7,000 lbs. It was impressive to see that he paid attention to detail and quality of workmanship especially in light of the many unknowns that were presented. Colin communicated constantly while the trailer was in progress and worked with us as a team to solve the logistics of such a trailer.

 

The end result was a beautiful, strong and well built trailer that was the envy of the yacht club when we delivered it to have the boat hauled out.
