Trailer FX Custom Manufacturing
Ten (10) Year Limited Warranty
Our Trailers have a Limited Warranty against defective materials and
defective workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of
manufacture. If your trailer is believed to have defective materials or
defective workmanship, it must be returned to our facility at the
owner's expense for inspection. Materials (with the exception of
purchased components described below) and or workmanship, upon
examination, which is determined by us to be defective shall be
repaired or replaced by us at our facility.
Our Limited Warranty does not apply to, and no Warranty claim is made
by Trailer FX (except as to title) regarding any purchased components
manufactured, supplied, and or furnished by others: such as, but not
limited to: tires; wheels; suspensions; axles; brakes; bearings; seals;
landing gear; air brake components; lights; hydraulic components;
paint; etc. These purchased components are covered by their own
Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. Our Limited Warranty does not expand
upon or alter in any way the Warranties provided by the manufacturers
of such purchased components. Purchased components will be returned to
their Manufacturer and any Warranties extended to us will be passed
along to our Customers. Any labor required to remove and replace these
purchased components is not covered by our Limited Warranty.
Our Limited Warranty shall not apply with respect to any claimed defect
which in the judgment of Trailer FX has arisen from: a repair or
alteration not authorized by Trailer FX; Owner misuse, negligence or
accident; Owner operation at speeds exceeding the trailers design
limits; Owner loading or operating beyond the trailer's capacity.
Our Limited Warranty does not apply to and no Warranty claim is made by
Trailer FX regarding incidental or consequential damages or commercial
losses (i.e. freight costs, down time, loss of revenue, etc.) as a
result of defective materials and defective workmanship.
Trailer FX shall not be liable for damages to property or injuries to
persons as a result of defective materials and defective workmanship.
